Join us for an amazing 2-hour workshop where we’ll use the power of therapeutic writing to release pent-up emotions, uncover the roots of your pain, and begin rebuilding your sense of self.
Through guided mindfulness exercises and intentional writing prompts, this session will empower you to face your emotions, reconnect with your inner strength, and find clarity on your path to healing. Whether your experience is recent or decades old, this space is for you to be seen, heard, and supported by others who understand.
